Tailgateing Party in Da Snow

Today is Feb. 4th, 2011, the Friday leading into the Super Bowl Weekend.

Now the wife and I are NOT BIG, football fans, but we did get Engaged on Super Bowl Sunday,at a Super Bowl Party.  So we try to do something that weekend when we can.

This year, 19 years after the first party, we are going to do our version of a Tailgate Party.

We are having Grilled Chicken, Pasta with mixed veggies, and the Tailgate Party staple....some Grown-Up people  Beverage.
Assisting me with today's filming is my Lovely, Beautiful, and Talented wife.  Those are her hands you see Flipping the Chicken, and popping the lid on the veggies.

                     O.K. now for the Menu.
We have 3 - boneless / skinless chicken breasts
1 package of Pasta with mixed veggies, to which we will add more veggies.

We are gonna use the side burner again, this will make 5 times since I bought the Grill, some 4 or 5 years ago.
On the side burner using a medium pot - bring - 2 cups water, with 1 teaspoon of butter to a boil, then add the veggies.  Stirring from time to time.
While this is happening, place the Chicken on the grill over a medium to low high flame.  You will want to flip the chicken every 10 - 12 minutes till done.

NOW while this is cookin' lets look at the

      *****WEATHER*****

We are located less then 30 minutes from the NEW  COWBOY  STADIUM, and if you look carefully at the background in the Video you will see **YES  IT  IS  SNOWING**.  We have about 5" of snow with air temperture around 20 degrees.

So sit back enjoy the video, stay warm, and I will see you next wee
