COMPUTER Headaches

COMPUTER Headaches....I am Trying to learn to Like these things, that have TOTALLY TAKEN OVER our lives.  I am trying to learn how to use them the way they were meant to be used....for the things they were meant to be used for.    BUT some times this thing gets me so frustrated that ALL I want to use this thing for is Target Practice, or the Worlds most expensive Paperweight.

Last week I posted about one of MY many likes.....COOKING. So I told you what I was going to have for Dinner, Grilled Steak medium rare, Baked Potato with butter, and sour cream, and Sauteed Asparagus. I also promised a video when done.  Well I have the video...I figured out what buttons to push to download the thing...then after waiting 5 minutes for it to download.....I GET THE DREADED....YOU IDIOT  YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG. Till I can figure out what I did wrong....the video will remain in  file 404 never never land. I hope to get it posted to the proper post in the next few days.

Whats Cookin

   Okay here we Go.  One of the many things I like to do is Cook. I am a Pretty good cook, and I can thank my Mom for my cooking abilities.  

    When I was a child my Mom would burn the water when making Pasta.  So we ate a LOT of Pot Pies.

   Then I got married, and they are right when they say " A guy marries his Mom". My wife could not cook either.

    When I finally got on my own, it was learn to cook or go broke eating at resturants.   So I got a cook book, and tried not to burn the house down. The best way NOT to burn down the house is to cook outside. 

   So I bought a Grill , and set out to learn how to cook and still be able to eat it when I was done. I use to be one of those....If it ain't coal it ain't grillin, people. Then I learned How Easy it was to start a Fire with gas, I AM A CONVERT.  I love cookin with gas, becuase they are easy to start, and  I can control the Heat better, and I cook less like my Mom.   LOVE YOU Mom.

   The type, or maker of the grill is not important to me, but I do prefer four burners, for a more even heat distribution. My grill has one of those side burners, I had to HAVE a SIDE BURNER.   What was I thinking?  I have used it twice since buying the grill 5 years ago.  Making coffee with it takes to long, and the heat is not hot enough to boil water for Lobsters.So side burners are only for the Really Die Hard cooks who need to have sauce or gravey with the meal.

    Tonight I am going to cook a Steak with Baked potato, and some sautated aspigras, and have a Bottle of wine.  I will cook the staek for 10 minutes on each side, betwen flips, the potato will cook for 15 minutes in the micro, the aspigras will cook on the grill till nice and soft while the steak is resting on a warm plate.  Check out the video at the bottom of this post to see How it tuned out.  Till later...

A New Look

Good Afternoon EVERYBODY.   I have created yet  another New Blog.  This blog will show the many sides of , and Interests  I have.  I will be linking to other sites that also have my interest.  Some of my Interests are Comedy - Saving and Making money....no not counterfeiting- Affiliate Marketing - Online JV Partners, and Home Improvements.  Oh I almost forgot , I also enjoy Cooking, so there will be blogs about cooking and Grilling as well.
  I have a LOVE---HATE relationship when it comes to Electronics...especially Computers.  But I am learning that it is a Need EVIL.  I have been playing with creating websites for about 2 years now, and I have a site designed for people in the Entertainment field. It is called http://www.thegreenroomcafe.spruz.com/  .  I have  live steam set up with it, but not sure how to get going with it.  Love --Hate.
 Cell phones...why do we need to access the internet ????When I was young...If you had any questions you dialed 411 and asked the operator.
